Open the event details page, review the eligibility and schedule, then select Apply or Register. After you submit the form, your application will be saved in your profile under My Events.
Log in to your account and open Dashboard, then go to My Events. Each application shows its current status, such as Applied, Confirmed, Rejected, Cancelled, or Checked-In.
After you apply, the assigned organizer or administrator reviews your application. Once approved, your status changes to Confirmed and you may receive an email notification with the event details.
Your QR Code becomes available only after your application status is Confirmed. You can view it from Dashboard under My Event QR Codes and use it for event check-in.
If you can no longer attend, contact the event organizer or support team as soon as possible. They can update your registration status and free the slot for another participant if needed.
On the event day, present your confirmed QR Code to the organizer. The organizer scans it, verifies your registration, and your attendance status is updated to Checked-In.
